Return Policy

If you change your mind about an item, or it doesn't suit your project, you are welcome to return it within 7days. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is your intention. Return postage is at your own cost, and refunds/credits will not be processed until the item is received.

All returns must be in original condition, in original undamaged packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be returned. A lot of people pop their returns into a courier bag without any packaging material for the items protection, and the items get damaged. Please reuse the packaging material (or similar) from the original parcel we sent you.

We do not accept returns on books due to copyright issues.

If you return an item, you will receive the value of the item in store credit or a refund.
